Terms of Service

1. The service

Driftnet turns a short brief and 5–10 paired input/output samples from your AI feature into an eval pack: standard cases, adversarial cases, one judge prompt per behavior cluster, and runner snippets. We email you the pack and give you a private dashboard URL your CI can post run results to. Driftnet does not run your eval — the pack executes in your own test runner, on your own infrastructure.

2. No warranty about coverage

Driftnet does not guarantee that the generated cases cover every failure mode of your feature, or that a passing pack means your feature is correct. The pack is derived entirely from the brief and samples you submit. We do not independently verify them and we do not invent behaviors you did not demonstrate.

3. Your submissions

You represent that you have the right to submit the brief and samples you paste, and to have them processed by our upstream model providers. Redact anything sensitive first — do not submit real customer records, credentials, payment card numbers outside Stripe Checkout, or third-party confidential material you are not authorized to share. Placeholder values generate an eval set just as well as real ones.

4. Pricing, delivery, and refunds

The current listed prices are $29 for a one-shot pack and $19 per month for the recurring plan, unless a different price is shown at checkout. The recurring plan includes 5 packs per billing period; unused packs do not roll over. Delivery occurs through the order page and a delivery email after payment clears, normally within several minutes.

Refunds are granted automatically from the order page on two verifiable conditions. First, if our system flagged your order as a generation failure — the pipeline failed after retries and no pack was produced — you can refund through the order page for 90 days from the order date. Second, if our logs show you never opened the order page or fetched the pack after we delivered it, you can refund through the order page for 30 days from delivery. In any other case, email driftnet@forage.bot and we will work it out case-by-case; refunds outside these two conditions are discretionary except where non-waivable law requires otherwise. Refund processing is automated through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Recurring plans cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and packs already delivered remain downloadable.

5. Data retention

Dashboard data — the run results your CI posts and the intermediate artifacts produced while generating your pack — is deleted 30 days after delivery on the one-shot plan and 90 days after each pack on the recurring plan. You can delete it sooner from the account page. Your pack download link and order record are kept beyond those windows so the file you bought keeps working and so refunds and accounting records can be processed. 6. AI limitations

The service uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to cluster your samples, generate adversarial cases, and synthesize judge prompts. Generated cases and judge prompts can be wrong, redundant, or miss the behavior you care about. Review the pack before you wire it into a blocking CI gate. Every order page includes a one-click regenerate for the first 24 hours after delivery if the pack does not match your product.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Driftnet to generate content intended to harass or harm anyone, to probe or attack systems you do not own, or to violate the law. Do not attempt to access dashboards belonging to other buyers. We may suspend an account at our discretion if it appears to violate these terms.

8. License to output

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use, modify, and commit the delivered eval pack in your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not resell the pack as a standalone product. We retain all rights in the service itself, including the site, prompts, software, and operating methods.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driftnet is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
