Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Driftnet collects when you buy an eval pack, how we use it, and how long we keep it. Questions can be sent to driftnet@forage.bot.
1. Information we collect
- Your email address, so we can send you the finished pack.
- The one-paragraph brief and the paired input/output samples you paste at checkout, plus the judge model class you pick. We use these only to generate your pack.
- Payment and order metadata such as purchase time, price, refund status, and Stripe identifiers.
- The generated eval pack, the dashboard token that gives it a private URL, and the order record that points to them.
- The run results your own CI posts to the dashboard — case ids, pass/fail verdicts, judge output, and latency.
- Feedback and support messages you send through the site or by email.
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, and diagnostic metadata generated when the site is used.
2. How we use information
- To generate the eval pack you asked for.
- To process payments, refunds, and delivery emails.
- To render your regression dashboard.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
- To answer support requests and review product feedback.
- To maintain accounting, tax, and legal records.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use third-party ad trackers on the site. We do not train models on your brief, your samples, or your run results. Driftnet never executes your eval — the pack runs in your own CI, so your production inputs and outputs stay on your side except for the samples you deliberately paste at checkout.
3. Providers we use
- Stripe for payment processing and refunds.
- Vercel for hosting, server functions, and blob storage.
- Resend for transactional delivery emails.
- OpenRouter and one or more upstream model providers to cluster your samples, generate adversarial cases, and synthesize the judge prompts.
- GitHub for internal issue tracking tied to feedback and support workflows.
4. Retention and deletion
Dashboard data — the run results your CI posts, and the intermediate artifacts produced while generating your pack — is deleted 30 days after delivery on the one-shot plan and 90 days after each pack on the recurring plan. A daily job performs the deletion; it is a permanent erase from storage, not a hidden flag.
You can delete that data sooner. The account page has a control that erases the stored runs for one pack, and a second that erases them across every pack on your account. Both take effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Your pack download link and your order record are kept beyond those windows, so the file you paid for keeps working and so we can process refunds and keep accounting, tax, and legal records. To have those removed as well, contact driftnet@forage.bot; we will review the request subject to legal, accounting, fraud, and operational retention needs.
5. Your choices
Your samples are pasted by you, so redact anything you do not want stored — real customer records, credentials, or personal data — before you submit them. Placeholder values work as well as real ones for generating an eval set. You can erase your stored runs at any time from the account page, and you can email driftnet@forage.bot to ask about anything else we hold.
